HOOTIE IS GONE, BUT RUCKER STILL ROCKS

Remember the band, Hootie and the Blowfish? They were a southern rock n roll band that that a couple years of fame starting in 1994 and then went off the rock landscape. There music was a custom brand of rock that was not distorted and was a little bit of the anti grunge that was taking place at the time. They were led by the front man, Darius Rucker. Well, since that time, the same front man has launched a successful country music career. Back in 2008, he released a hit called "Dont Think I Don't Think About It" in 2008 and it reached number one on the Billboard Hot Country Songs. He has since followed his country singles with more records and an array of singles. His current hit "If I Told You", is now in high airplay on country music stations. It is a masterpiece tune that deals with the realities of being open and honest in a relationship.
